From plans drawn by J K Architecture we engaged M Fox Builders & Sons to build our single storey extension and conversion of our garage. Shane Fox, ably assisted by Jacob, undertook the work with enthusiasm and skill, suggesting cost saving construction methods and implementing inspirational procedures to overcome the various obstacles found during the build.
The work basically consisted of an extension to the existing garage to form a Utility Room, Storage Space and separate Rear Store Room. It included making access from the conservatory and from the rear garden as well as the main front entrance. Different floor levels presented a challenge which Shane dealt with easily.
The whole works were finished with plumbing, electrics and decoration and we were delighted with the outcome and with the manner in which M Fox Builders & Sons completed the task. We would therefore not hesitate in recommending M Fox Builders & Sons as a good and competent company.
